Get Your Continuing Education Credits

Administrators, dementia care practitioners, nurses, and activity professionals, we’ve got continuing education hours for you at the conference!

• Approved for nursing home administrators — 23 total participant hours by NAB/NCERS
• Approved for 23 CEUs by National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners and International Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners

Conference Highlight: Thome Rivertown Site Visit

The main conference lasts from November 11-13, but we’re offering a special opportunity for people who stay through November 14: a site visit to Thome Rivertown, a unique community in Detroit that combines Green House homes, assisted and independent living, and PACE day services in a single full-continuum care center.

You’ll travel by bus from Grand Rapids to the Motor City and spend the day learning about Thome Rivertown’s pioneering new care model. Then, you’ll have the option of taking the bus back to either Detroit Metro Airport (DTW) or Grand Rapids for your return travel.
