Project Description

As workforce challenges continue to plague long-term care, recruitment and retention strategies must entice health care professionals who have multiple options for employment. What if culture is what inspires people to join your team and stay for the long haul?

For nearly 20 years, the Green House model has fostered a collaborative coaching environment that makes adopters the employers of choice in their marketplaces. Join us to learn from that experience and discover strategies to help your team members lead through coaching – and make them your most vocal and valuable recruitment assets.

The Green House Coaching approach has been accredited by The International Authority for Professional Coaching and Mentoring.
