Project Description

Join The Green House Project, the National PACE Association, and PACE Southeast Michigan for a deep dive on how small-home and PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) programs can work together to create a full continuum of eldercare.

Green House adopter organization Presbyterian Villages of Michigan has already made it happen in Detroit, where Green House residents receive a suite of home- and community-based services from PACE Southeast Michigan.

On January 13 from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., you’ll learn the basics of each program and see firsthand examples of how they can work together to achieve our ultimate goal: a future where all elders can receive the care and supports they need in the setting of their choice.
