The Online MERIT OOA
MERIT is administered annually in an online assessment. Unlike the MERIT Staff Assessment, which is completed by all team members at a Green House site, the OOA assessment is completed by key leaders with access to clinical and financial data.
Each Green House organization receives a unique URL to the assessment and has three weeks to complete the assessment. The assessment is conducted in the first quarter of the year.

Creating the best quality of care and life for elders is the goal of all Green House communities. Honest responses to the MERIT questions based on what is occurring on a regular basis ensure each organization gains insights to help it improve.
