Life Needs Real Meaning
Meaningful life enrichment directors and managers create an environment in the Green House home that provides opportunities for elders to enjoy the highest possible quality of life through meaningful engagement. In this unique role, rather than leading activities, the meaningful life team provides ongoing mentoring of the Shahbazim in diversion and recreational enrichment. The meaningful life staff support an environment where meaningful engagement is ever-present, not just during planned events. Elders are well-known to the staff, allowing for individualization of the activities offered.
The Meaningful Life Connection Group provides an opportunity for activities, life enrichment, and meaningful engagement personnel to connect with colleagues who work in Green House homes or are on a Cultural Transformation journey.
Meaningful life enrichment directors and managers discuss their challenges and best ideas for bringing meaningful engagement into the Green House homes and supporting Shahbazim as the primary leaders of activities.
The connection group is a great place to celebrate successes and triumphs, providing others with hints and tips on impacting the lives of the elders we serve.
