The Online MERIT Assessment
MERIT is administered annually in an online assessment. Each Green House organization receives a link to the assessment to distribute to all Green House team members, as well as those in the organization who support the homes; this includes administration and Green House Sages.
Since 2015, more than 7,000 Green House team members have participated in the MERIT Staff Assessment.
Six of every ten MERIT participants are Shahbazim. The voice of the direct care worker is heard!
The MERIT link can be accessed through computers, tablets, or smartphones.
Honest Input
Creating the best quality of care and life for elders is the goal of all Green House communities. Honest responses to the MERIT questions based on what is occurring on a regular basis ensure each organization gains insights to help it improve.
