Green House adopters strive to live our core values of Real Home, Meaningful Life, and Empowered Staff every day. That’s why we worked with providers and the Calvin University Center for Social Research to develop the MERIT OOA tool: an annual assessment conducted in the first quarter of the year, looking back on the previous year’s data, that identifies areas of strength and areas of growth for each organization.

The Green House Project team partners with the Calvin University Center for Social Research to administer the assessment tool and deliver comprehensive reports to each organization. The submitted information is protected by the professional standards of the research team at the Calvin University Center for Social Research.
