New Jersey’s first Green House Project homes just opened their doors on June 30 and they’re already winning awards for their operator, Green Hill Inc. of West Orange. The Star-Ledger reports:

Green Hill Inc., operator of Green House Homes in West Orange, was awarded the 2011 Healthcare Heroes of the Year award by the business publication NJBIZ.
The award recognizes individuals and organizations making a “significant impact on the quality of health care in New Jersey.” The Green House Homes project replaces institutional nursing care settings with a traditional home environment.

Congratulations to Green Hill Inc. from The Green House Project team.
