Financial Feasibility Model
THE GREEN HOUSE Project provides financial feasibility analysis to organizations that wish to explore the viability of creating Green House homes. Tailored specifically to Green House constructions and operations, the model informs the expected success of the home based on projected costs and income. By working with us at this early stage at a rate of only $250/hour, we can demonstrate how the Green House model and philosophy are not only a compassionate and forward-thinking approach to elder care, but also a sound business decision. The Green House Project can also provide expertise on the various financing options that are available.

THE GREEN HOUSE WORKSHOP
The Green House Workshop is the first step for an organization interested in bringing Green House homes to their community. The workshop includes an overview of the key components of the model, a discussion of the financial and operational implications, and a summary of services provided by The Green House Project. It is also a unique opportunity to spend time in an operating Green House home and have conversations with people who are living and working within the model.
